Hangout Ramen on Carrollton and Willow provides Asian ease and comfort foods

Hangout Ramen, a ramen location and sushi bar, made its debut Aug. 22 on South Carrollton Avenue and Willow Avenue. The restaurant is in the making that was household to Small Tokyo Compact Plates and Noodle Bar and, most lately, Masterp1ece Japanese Cuisine, which closed previously this summer months.

Owner Iwan Santoso, who is from Indonesia, brings some of his have society to the menu that also involves Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese flavors.
